About the role
Novellus Clairemont is home to seniors who need daily support with care and comfort. As part of the housekeeping team, you'll help create a clean, safe, welcoming space for residents, their families, and staff every day.

What you'll do

  • Clean and sanitize resident apartments, hallways, and common areas
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces throughout the community
  • Handle resident and community laundry
  • Restock cleaning supplies and maintain a tidy, organized environment
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols appropriate to an assisted living and memory care setting
  • Report maintenance or safety concerns to your supervisor promptly

What you'll need

Required:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Enough English proficiency to follow safety instructions and cleaning protocols
  • Able to stand and walk for most of a shift and lift up to 15 pounds
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred:

  • Prior housekeeping or environmental services experience (pay credit given for relevant experience)

Pay and schedule

  • $17.50–$18.50/hour, with credit for prior experience
  • Full-time, 7:00 am–3:30 pm
  • Includes a rotating weekend and holiday schedule
